DEEP CLEANING VISITS

Preparing your home for sale, and need a pristine showing? Have you just been busy and need a thorough cleaning to restore the health & wellness of the property? Our extensive deep cleaning includes all of the maintenance tasks, but adds the following items!

• Windows - Instead of just doing the interior glass, we now open the window to clean the track underneath the frame. Open those windows for a fresh breeze without visible dirt and stink bugs!

• Kitchen Cabinets - We remove all items present, then hand wipe the shelves and both sides of the cabinet doors.

• Kitchen Oven -Hand scrubbing the kitchen oven interior walls and racks.

• Refrigerator- Removing all items and shelves from the refrigerator, and thoroughly sanitizing the interior walls. We also clean the space behind the refrigerator.

RENTAL / AIRBNB / BED & BREAKFAST

• Property inspection between guests to ensure adherence to house rules.

• Restore all staging related items for consistent guest presentation.

• Restock all kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living area consumables.

• Swapping linens on all beds

• Cleaning (All tasks listed in maintenance cleaning section)

• Changing access codes between guests if necessary.

• Notification of job completion to owner or management company.
